| Two-phase thermosyhon loop heat exchangers are defined, and their operation characteristics described. The results of an experimental study on an air-to-air coil loop system are presented, which show the effect of the boiling curve hysteresis on teh loop performance. Analytical and experimental results of an investigation into the factors which affect the boiling curve hysteresis are presented. Geometric design considerations aer also considered. | |
