Fluoride is one of the most common elements in the earth crust. Its presence in underground water is due to infiltration and dissolution of this element form soil and rocks. In the Guadiana Valley (The city of Durango and its sorroundings, Mexico), the drinking water supply comes form underground wells and is characterised by a high content of this element. | |
