As we know Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) shows an important group of nanoscale materials because of their unique structural, mechanical, and electronic properties. Nowadays there are several applications of single and multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) have been investigated, including their use such as membranes [1, nanosensors 2, biosensors 3, batteries 4 and electronic devices 5 . CNTs are considered as an ideal support for catalytic metallic nano-particles and other semiconductors nano-materials [6]. Many researches have demonstrated that CNTs can be used as catalyst supports for electrocatalytically active metal particles, such as Pt, Ru, Pt-Ru, may be decorate along the external walls the resulting materials exhibited good catalytic behavior [7]. | |
